ENGINES
AS PART OF OUR "NO SURPRISE PRICING" POLICY WE WILL ALSO TAKE CARE OF THE FOLLOWING AT NO EXTRA COST TO YOU:
1. Camshafts: We Will Replace With A Certified Assy.
2. Oil Coolers: We Will Replace With A Certified Unit.
3. Lycoming Oil Pump Gears And Housings: Will Install New For All Engines Covered By Ad 96-09-10.
4. Accessory Housing: We Will Cover The Overhaul Or Repair Cost.
5. Cylinders: We Will Cover The Replacement Cost Of Up To Half Of Your Cylinder Cores. This Is Not An Issue With New Cylinder Purchases.
6. Oil Pump Housing: We Will Cover The Overhaul Or Repair Cost Of Oil Pressure And Scavenge Pumps Housings.
7. Lifters: We Will Cover The Replacement Of Up To Half Of Your Lifters With Certified Units.
8. Hydraulic Units: We Will Cover The Replacement Of Up To Half Of Your Hydraulic Units With Certified Units.
9. Lycoming Crankshaft Gear: We Will Replace With A Certified Unit.
Ask Other Shops If They Cover The Above Items.
Overhaul Procedures
ENGINES ARE THEN ASSEMBLED WITH THE FOLLOWING NEW PARTS:
Main and rod bearings, crankshaft and camshaft attaching hardware, connecting rod bolts and nuts, oil pressure and bypass springs, oil temperature bypass valve, spark plugs, ignition harness, all locking tabs and washers, all gaskets and seals, and magneto drive cushions. All required internal and external hardware will be replaced with new.
Continental starter adapters are reassembled with certified gears and shafts and all new bearings, snap rings, springs, clutch, and woodruff keys.
All engines are cleaned and painted with heat resistant paint.

WARRANTY
ALL OF OUR OVERHAULS ARE PERFORMED TO NEW TOLERANCES AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING WORK TO THE SUBASSEMBLIES:
1. Crankcases Are Inspected, Overhauled, And Certified. This Includes Line Boring, Repair Of Cracks, Resurfacing Of All Mating Surfaces, And Alodining To Prevent Corrosion.
2. Crankshafts Are Inspected, Overhauled, And Certified. This Includes The Overhaul And Certification Of The Counterweights, If Applicable. Counterweights Will Be Installed With New Attaching Pins, Plates, And Snap Rings.
3. Camshafts Are Reground And Certified.
4. Connecting Rods Are Rebushed, Overhauled, And Certified As A Weight Balanced Set.
5. Valve Lifters, Tappet Bodies, And Hydraulic Units Are Inspected, Overhauled, And Certified. Lifters And Hydraulic Units Are Also Flow Tested For Proper Bleed Down Rates.
6. All Remaining Internal Steel, Including Starter Adapter Pieces, Are Inspected And Certified.
7. Oil Coolers Are Flushed And Pressure Checked.
8. Cylinders Are Inspected, Overhauled, Assembled, And Certified. Cylinders Barrels Will Be Plated In Nickel. All Overhauled Cylinders Are Assembled With The Following New Parts: Valves, Valve Seats, Valve Guides, Valve Springs, Roto Coils, Roto Coil Keepers, Thrust Washers, Piston Pins, Piston Rings, Pistons, And Rocker Shafts. Pistons Are Installed In Weight Balanced Sets. Rocker Arms Are Overhauled And Certified.
